To use certain features of 0xCoders, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to use 0xCoders. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

User Responsibilities

As a user of 0xCoders, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not impersonate others or provide false information
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Respect other users and maintain a professional environment
  • Not share or distribute copyrighted materials without permission

Cohort Programs and Enrollment

Enrollment

When you enroll in a cohort program:

  • You commit to the full duration of the program
  • Spots are limited and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis
  • You must complete enrollment before the cohort start date
  • Late enrollment may not be available once a cohort has started

Participation

During a cohort program, you are expected to:

  • Complete daily tasks and challenges
  • Submit reflections as required
  • Engage respectfully with your cohort peers
  • Follow the program schedule and guidelines

Payment and Refunds

Pricing

Pricing for cohort programs is displayed at the time of enrollment. Prices may vary by program and are subject to change. Once enrolled, your price is locked for that cohort.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the cohort start date:

  • Request a refund within 7 days of the cohort start date for a full refund
  • After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process
  • No refunds for completed programs or after the final week

Free Content

Blog posts and mini challenges are free to access. We reserve the right to modify or remove free content at any time.

Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create on 0xCoders (reflections, journal entries, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a license to display, store, and use your content to operate and improve the platform.

Our Content

All challenges, curriculum, course materials, and platform content are owned by 0xCoders and protected by copyright. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Create derivative works from our materials
  • Share your account access with others

Account Termination

By You

You may deactivate your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deactivation:

  • Your access to paid programs will be revoked
  • Your data will be retained as per our Privacy Policy
  • Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse or harass other users
  • Attempt to compromise platform security

Disclaimer of Warranties

0xCoders is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The platform is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results from using the platform will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0xCoders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the platform
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Any conduct or content of third parties
  • Any content obtained from the platform

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 0xCoders, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you post on the platform

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of 0xCoders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
